What it's based on

Mediterranean diet

One of the most studied ways of eating: legumes, vegetables, fish, olive oil and little processed food.

Calories made for you

We estimate what you burn at rest from your height, weight, age and sex, add your steps, gym and cardio, then take off about 550 kcal a day.

Check-ins on averages

Every 2 weeks we compare your 7-day average weight, so daily ups and downs don't change your plan.

Safe limits

Steady loss of 0.5–1% of your weight a week, and never below 1,200 kcal (women) or 1,500 kcal (men).
